Rasmus has extensive international and Nordic experience from leading large and complex financings. His work reaches across a broad spectrum of finance ‑ with a particular focus on Debt Capital Markets, Direct & Bank Lending and Restructuring. Rasmus represents lenders, borrowers, agents, trustees and other participants in the debt market.
Rasmus is a lecturer on Acquisition Finance, Asset Finance, Corporate Bonds and Securitisation at the Stockholm University Law School.
