Trademark protection on the Internet
Known trademarks are today often used on the Internet as, among other, search words (both as meta data and as sponsored ads), domain names and linking. These uses are often done by others than the trademark owners and might sometimes be hidden making it impossible for an average Internet user to detect them. Thomas Lindqvist (Partner) and Bojana Saletic (Associate) discuss applicable rules and case-law, as well as how a trademark can be protected from infringement on the Internet.
