Virginie Kurtz specialises in EU and competition law, including Belgian and French competition law. She has core expertise in merger control, including joint venture projects and filings with remedies, as well as cartel cases, including cartel settlement proceedings before the European Commission and litigation before the EU courts. Virginie Kurtz also regularly advises on distribution issues and compliance matters as well as public affairs-related questions in connection with the application of EU law.
