Mattias Anjou is the head of the firm’s Banking and Finance practice area and joined the firm as partner in 2013. Mattias Anjou represents Swedish and international clients, particularly within the Banking and Finance sector. He represents lenders and borrowers in secured and syndicated loan transactions and restructurings. Mattias Anjou is known for his expertise and experience in the regulatory area, representing, banks, securities firms, insurance companies, market operators, Swedish municipalities and fund managers in regulatory matters. He is the author of several books on the financial regulatory area.
