Malin Alberts work within life sciences consists to a large extent of regulatory and commercial advice within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device sectors and within health and medical care. Malin Albert also has special experience of providing advice in conjunction with stock market listings of life sciences companies. As to EU and competition law, Malin Albert has many years of experience of issues relating to merger filings, vertical restraints, abuse of dominant position, cartels and state aid.
